The Dietary Aide role is responsible for preparing, portioning, transporting and serving food and beverages. The Dietary Aide also stocks and replenishes items used in the provision of food and beverages to hospital patients, and maintains temperature logs for food and equipment (i.e. refrigerators, dish machine).
