**Estimator Newmar Window Mfg.** *Location: 81 Royal Group Crescent, Woodbridge, Ontario* *Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM* **Responsibilities:** * Review project documents, specifications, and drawings to determine scope of work. * Calculate and input data into spreadsheets. * Generate request for quotes from sub-contractors. * Able to read and transcribe measurements from blueprints (Perform take offs). * Experience working with Adobe AutoCAD required. * Experience in working with Microsoft Office Software. * Reports to the Operations Manager, High Rise. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. * Reliable, team player with exceptional problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage time and workload quickly, accurately, and independently. * Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. * Positive attitude. **Qualifications:** * Diploma in a construction/architectural related field an asset. * Minimum 2 years experience in the architectural glazing industry. * Minimum 3 years estimating experience. * Window wall experience required. * Basic math skills required. * Ability to complete basic calculations and conversions. * Demonstrate confidence in spotting construction productivity issues and taking initiative. * Self-motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm.
