We''re looking for **reliable and compassionate caregivers for overnight shifts** who can provide calm, capable, and comforting support to seniors in their homes. **Responsibilities:** As an overnight caregiver, you''ll be a steady presence, ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind for the seniors in your care. Tasks may include: * Helping with evening and morning routines like dressing, grooming, toileting and getting dressed. * Monitoring during the night and providing assistance as needed. * Ensure seniors take their medications on time and stay healthy. * Whip up delicious meals with love and cater to dietary needs with flair. * Keep the sparkle alive in their living spaces with light housekeeping duties. * Spark joy with engaging activities, outings, and heartfelt conversations. * Be their trusty sidekick by accompanying them to appointments and outings. * Keep an eye on their well-being and report any changes to the team. * Be a friend, confidant, and source of comfort to our amazing seniors. **Qualifications:** * Empathy, patience, and kindness. * Communication skills that could light up a room. * Ability to juggle tasks confidently. * Flexibility to changing schedules. * First aid and CPR skills are a bonus too. * A driver''s license and reliable transportation to be their hero on wheels. * A heart full of compassion and a high school diploma or equivalent. **Required:** * Drivers license and registered vehicle * 1-3 years'' experience as a caregiver * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proven customer service abilities * High school degree or equivalent * Currently located in Calgary, AB (no international applicants) * willing to travel up to 30 minutes from home to work location **Preferred:** * Course work or certification in caregiving or nursing assistance * Current certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid
