Ne manquez pas loccasion de rejoindre une grande famille de professionnels centrs sur lhumain, de leaders dopinion et de penseurs rapides, dentrepreneurs dans lme et de combattants du statu quo ! **Rsum du poste** Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) bilingue, Oprations des ressources humaines, qui offrira un soutien complet lquipe RH, contribuant ainsi au bon fonctionnement du dpartement. Le/la titulaire du poste est le premier point de contact pour les demandes des employs et un soutien essentiel pour les oprations RH. **Responsabilits principales** * Servir de premier point de contact pour les services et processus RH transactionnels. Rediriger au besoin vers les Centres dexcellence appropris. * Effectuer des tches administratives dans le SIRH (Workday), y compris les changements de poste, les nouvelles embauches, etc., et rpondre aux questions gnrales sur les politiques, programmes et procdures RH. * Soutenir lentreprise avec les documents RH (ex. : lettres de vrification demploi, mmos/lettres gnrales, organigrammes RH, etc.). * Rpondre aux demandes des candidats et de lquipe dacquisition de talents via la bote courriel AskHR. * Agir comme liaison entre les candidats, les fournisseurs externes, les gestionnaires dembauche et la paie pour les documents lis lembauche et les activits administratives de recrutement. * Effectuer ladministration du recrutement : planification des entrevues/pr-entrevues, vrification des rfrences, coordination avec les nouvelles recrues et la paie pour les documents, rponse aux questions de lquipe dacquisition de talents, des gestionnaires, des relations de travail, etc. * Exprience dans le traitement des documents dembauche travers lAmrique du Nord. * Maintenir les manuels de rfrence, normes, politiques, procdures et instructions de travail propres chaque site relevant de lacquisition de talents et des oprations RH. * Saisir les donnes des nouvelles recrues dans Workday. * Aider organiser et grer lintranet RH interne de lentreprise (SharePoint). * Mettre jour les bases de donnes internes (ex. : Active Directory, SharePoint, Workday, etc.). * Coordonner les processus de visa transfrontaliers (prparation de lettres, coordination entre le cabinet juridique et les employs, etc.). * Aider llaboration, au suivi, lapplication et la rvision des politiques et procdures RH dans le manuel de lemploy. * Fournir un soutien la traduction en franais pour les documents internes et les descriptions de poste via des fournisseurs externes. * Soutenir lquipe RH dans les projets spciaux assigns. * Appuyer lexprience dintgration en collaboration avec lquipe Apprentissage et dveloppement. **Qualifications et exprience** * Bilinguisme (franais et anglais) excellentes comptences en communication crite et verbale. * Dsignation CRHA ou en voie dobtention, un atout. * 2 4 ans dexprience pertinente en RH dans une grande organisation multisite. * Exprience avec les systmes dinformation RH (SIRH) requise. * Exprience avec MS SharePoint et Workday requise. * Excellentes comptences techniques (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). **IPEX** sengage offrir des mesures dadaptation aux personnes en situation de handicap tout au long du processus de recrutement et, sur demande, travaillera avec les candidats qualifis pour fournir des mesures appropries, en tenant compte de leurs besoins en matire daccessibilit. This role can be based in our offices located in Oakville or Montreal, and reports to the Manager, People Operations- Coordination. Do not miss the opportunity to join a broad family of people-centric professionals, thought leaders and rapid thinkers, entrepreneurs in spirit and status quo-fighters! **Job Summary** We are currently looking for a Bilingual People Operations Coordinator who will provide a full range of support to the HR team, contributing to the smooth operations of the department. The incumbent is the first point of contact to employee inquiries, and a major support for HR Operations. **Principal Responsibilities** * Serves as a first point of contact for transactional HR Services and processes. Triages as necessary to the appropriate Centers of Excellence. * Performs administrative tasks within HRIS (Workday) including employee job changes, new hires etc. and responds to general inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and procedures * Supports the business with HR Documents (e.g. employment verification letters, general memos/letters, HR Org. Chart etc.) * Responsible for responding and coordinating inquiries from candidates and the TA team through the AskHR inbox. * Liaison between candidates, external vendors, hiring managers and payroll on recruitment new-hire paperwork and related recruitment administration activities * Conduct recruitment administration that includes; booking interviews/pre-screens, completing reference checks, coordinating/collaborating with new hires and payroll on all paperwork, answering any inquiries by the Talent Acquisition team, managers, LR/ER related to recruitment tasks. * Liaison between candidates, external vendors, hiring managers and payroll on recruitment new-hire paperwork and related recruitment administration activities * Experience processing new-hire paperwork across North America * Maintain location specific reference manuals, standards, policies, procedures and work instructions that fall under the scope of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. * Supports with the entry of New Hire data into Workday. * Helps to organize and manage the internal company HR Intranet (SharePoint). * Updates internal databases (e.g. Active Directory, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) * Coordinates cross border visa processes (prepare letters, coordinating between law firm and employees to fulfil requirements, etc.) * Assists with the development, tracking, enforcement, and revision of HR policies and procedures within the Employee Handbook * Provides French translation support for internal documents and French translations for job descriptions via third party vendors * Support the HR team with special projects as assigned * Support the onboarding experience by partnering with the Learning & Development team **Qualifications & Experience** * Bilingual (French and English) written and verbal communication skills * CHRP designation or pursuit of the designation is an asset * 2-4 years of relevant HR experience in a large, multi-location organization. * Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) required * Experience working with MS SharePoint and Workday is required * Excellent technical abilities (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicants accessibility needs due to disability.
