Our mission is to uphold the highest standards in patient care while embracing creative, evidence-informed approaches to pain management. **Summary** We are seeking a Psychologist to join our dynamic team at Dr. Sana-Ara Ahmed Professional Medical Corp. In this role, you will contribute to our multi-modal approach to chronic pain management, providing psychological support and interventions to enhance patient outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients experiencing chronic pain. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the psychological aspects of pain management. * Provide therapy and counseling to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care strategies for patients. * Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes. * Engage in research activities related to chronic pain management and psychological interventions. **Requirements** * Master''s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution. * Registered with the appropriate regulatory body in Canada. * Experience in patient care, particularly within a healthcare or hospital setting. * Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management is essential. * Strong research skills and experience working with children is an asset.
