Specializing in turnkey design-build and construction management, were known for our innovative designs, cost efficiency, and cutting-edge construction practices. **Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Civil Foreman / Equipment Operator** to lead and coordinate site activities on civil construction projects, while also operating heavy equipment as needed. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, hands-on equipment experience, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, including site prep, grading, trenching, and utilities installation * Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid steers, and loaders * Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and grade stakes * Monitor productivity, enforce safety standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship * Communicate effectively with Project Managers, subcontractors, and crew members * Maintain job site cleanliness, compliance, and equipment upkeep * Provide daily reports and progress updates * Assist in planning material deliveries and site logistics * Lead and mentor crew members while ensuring work is completed on time and within budget **Qualifications** * 5+ years of civil construction experience, with at least 2 years in a Foreman or leadership role * Proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment * Strong knowledge of earthworks, underground utilities, and grading techniques * Ability to read construction drawings and perform layout work * Valid driver''s license (Class 3 or higher preferred) * CSTS, First Aid, and equipment certifications are assets * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills **What sets us apart?
