***SPECTRA*** is an ISO full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Head Offices in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, We have opportunity at our: **Bradford Facility** **FOR** **Shift Supervisor** We are looking for a dynamic individual that has the ability to work independently without supervision while following the companies policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but not limited to the day to day operations including Health and Safety, Training, Estimating, Planning Manpower, Scheduling and Logistics, as well as all other inter-department technical and communication requirements. A punctual and honest team player with the ability to work the off-shifts as required, must have a valid drivers license, a working knowledge of MS office and excellent communication in both oral and written English.
