We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of team work as well as great attention to detail. **Dough Setter:** * Create Batter following a Recipe Step by Step * Monitor product quality and adhere to quality standards and production speeds. **Skills, Experience & Qualifications** * Strong problem solving and analytical abilities and mechanical aptitude. * The willingness to adapt to multiple priorities. * Hands-on and willing attitude * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Taking initiative to achieve results * Dedicated and energetic. **Physical Requirements** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * Regularly required to stand or walk for extended periods of time. * Physical demands may also include reaching, bending, lifting (up to a maximum of 50 lbs) and performing repetitive actions throughout the Shift * Use a computer keyboard and monitor more than 15% of total work time. * Other duties as required.
