From weddings and galas to corporate functions and community festivals, we take pride in our attention to detail and seamless setups. Position Summary: We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down event equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, lighting, staging, and dcor. This is a physically demanding job that requires teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload event equipment from trucks Set up and tear down event spaces according to floorplans and instructions Install temporary structures (tents, stages, lighting rigs, etc.) Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored Always follow safety procedures Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent resident or hold a valid Open work permit Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation or can manage to commute to and from job sites Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in event setups or general labor is a plus, but not required Compensation: Starting at $15-21/hour (based on experience and skill set) Opportunities for overtime (where applicable) Advancement opportunities within the company To Apply: Please submit your resume and availability to
