## Job Summary **How you will make an impact:** You will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting with meal services. **As a Busser, you will:** - Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting; promptly and consistently reset all service ware as instructed - Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments; wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary - Serve guests beverages, bread and butter and replenishes as necessary; assist servers with food and beverage service - Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area - Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor - Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply - Perform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands - Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests **About you:** - You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent - Previous work experience or training is an asset - Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment - Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor - Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance - Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
