The Smurfit Westrock Mississauga facility provides innovative label packaging solutions to the consumer market. **The Job Opportunity:** The Smurfit Westrock Mississauga facility is looking for an experienced **Flexo Helper** to work on nights. This position is responsible for the daily operations of the printing press. This includes in assisting in make-readies, press performance, quality, maintenance and housekeeping. **What you need to succeed:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a helper position. * Can do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the Company * Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, work independently and with a team * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. * Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift on a concrete floor and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. * Must be able to maintain good attendance. **Shift Schedule:** Must be willing to change shifts due to vacation coverage or other operational needs.
