Job Title

**Purpose Statement** * To efficiently contribute to warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. * To maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols, thereby supporting the overall success of the warehouse team and, eventually, the company. **Principal Accountabilities** * Loading and unloading courier and freight trucks * Picking orders using the RF scanner * Checking orders for accuracy * Packing orders in boxes or on skids so that they are ready to ship * Creating shipments and/or weigh bills for the couriers and trucks * Receiving products using the RF scanners and Business Central ERP * Finding a bin for the product on the shelves * Communicating with both purchasing and CSR/sales reps for any discrepancies using both e-mail and phone when necessary * Keeping your work area and the rest of the warehouse clean and tidy * Labelling products and shelves within the warehouse * Moving products to different areas in the warehouse * Take out garbage and recycling * Cutting tubing and wiring to correct lengths * Inventory counts * Cycle counts * Other duties as assigned **Education / Experience** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred **Key Competencies** * ***Must have a forklift/reach truck license and experience.*** * ***Must currently have or be willing to attain a Dangerous Goods Certification*** * Basic math and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to lift and move objects. * Must present and communicate in a professional manner. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Must be organized. * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment to meet or exceed goals. * A positive attitude is essential.
