## Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our **Learning Architect,** wed ask you to do the following for us: - Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course deployment, user management, reporting, and issue resolution. - Manage updates to our development pages ensuring content accuracy, usability, and accessibility. - Evaluate, implement, and support learning technologies and platforms that improve the learners experience. - Manage the learning system performance; content, layout and structure, to ensure system reliability and performance that maintains and builds learner confidence. - Coordinate and support enterprise-wide learning programs.. - Monitor and manage the learning team inbox. - Plan and support the logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions. - Track and maintain **training supplies** and ensure readiness for all classroom-based sessions. - Maintain accurate training records and oversee compliance reporting through the LMS. - Track participation and program effectiveness using data and metrics; prepare dashboards and reports as needed. - Maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures, and a centralized learning calendar. Heres how well know youll be successful in the role: - 3+ years experience in LMS administration or learning coordination. - Skilled with LMS platforms - Knowledge of learning content standards (SCORM, xAPI) - Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Moodle, IsEasy, Camtasia, Canva, etc.) - Experienced in managing digital learning platforms. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Effective communicator with a customer service focus Compass Group Canada is committed to nurturing a diverse workforce representative of the communities within which we operate.
