Join us now and point your career forward! **Job Summary** --------------- The **Director, Inclusion & Belonging (I&B)** serves as the strategic architect and driving force behind Compass Group Canadas vision for a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. This role is accountable for shaping, leading, and embedding enterprise-wide I&B strategies and programs that advance our culture, fuel our business success, and position Compass Group Canada as an employer of choice. Now, if you were to come on board as our **Director, Inclusion & Belonging**, wed ask you to do the following for us: * Strategically lead and execute the development and implementation of a comprehensive Inclusion & Belonging roadmap that aligns with * Compass Group Canadas business priorities ensuring meaningful engagement with key stakeholders * Lead as a confident business partner and storyteller skilled in engaging associates, stakeholders, and clients to effectively communicate and support RFP responses. * Oversee all I&B programs, ERGs (Employee Resource Groups), strategic initiatives and policies ensuring that they are effectively managed and continuously improved to deliver sustainable impact. * Define success by developing goals and key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of I&B initiatives. Leveraging data and analytics to assess progress and drive performance * Act as a trusted advisor and expert partnering with other corporate functions and business groups to develop strategic actions that attract, develop and retain diverse talent across the organization * Design and deliver Learning programs and tools that build inclusive leadership, promote allyship and strengthen inclusive practices across our teams * Stay current and ahead of emerging issues, trends, and evolving provincial/federal requirements and partner with various business teams to identify opportunities and assess potential impacts to the organization. Translating insights into actionable opportunities for Compass Group Canada. * Identify, build, and maintain meaningful community partnerships to support Compass Group Canadas I&B projects, plans, initiatives, and business strategies Think you have what it takes to be our **Director, Inclusion & Belonging**? Heres how well know you are the best fit: * Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Equity Studies, Political Sciences, Education (with a focus on adult learning, organizational development), or a related field of study. * Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading Diversity & Inclusion related initiatives and programs (5+ years direct experience in the field required) * Demonstrated ability to work and influence in a matrixed organization and build strong relationships with all levels of the organization and communities outside the organization * Excellent advisor with strong business acumen and judgment who is able to create a compelling vision, and translate strategy and business requirements into clear, actionable goals to achieve results * Strong operational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, manage multiple projects and possess a strong knowledge of diversity metrics and analytics Compass Group Canada is committed to nurturing a diverse workforce representative of the communities within which we operate.
