If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love collaborating with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the role for you standards. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with knowledge of our product * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the POS system efficiently. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. * Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. **Qualifications** * 1+ years previous experience in bartending or food service is required; willingness to learn is essential. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. * Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. * Knowledge of craft beer is an asset, but not a requirement. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. **Why Join Tool Shed Brewing?** Were more than just a brewerywere a family.
