About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the execution of key investor servicing initiatives. Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions. Assist in implementing standardized investor servicing protocols across the firm to provide a high-quality, consistent investor experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of key investor servicing initiatives. Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions. Assist in implementing standardized investor servicing protocols across the firm to provide a high-quality, consistent investor experience. Communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear and professional fashion. Manage relationships and liaise with third party service providers and company funds teams related to private wealth activities. Respond to phone and email inquiries from investors and wealth advisors regarding account maintenance, periodic fund performance updates and requests for investor materials. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investor servicing, investor relations, client service, accounting, fund operations, fund accounting, fund administration. CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, or progress towards one of these designations. Experience working with private funds and/or public securities; knowledge of real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity preferred. Team player who demonstrates a commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition. Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, global environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle pressure effectively to successfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of work product and adhering to stringent deadlines. Experience working with third party service providers including administrators, custodians, auditors, and transfer agents is an asset. Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make effective recommendations and oversee projects through completion.
