Classic LifeCare is currently seeking a **Clinical Nursing Supervisor** to join our Calgary branch. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to support the delivery of home care services. **Pay Rate:** $29 to $32 per hour **Key Responsibilities:** Engaging and empowering employees and clients. Providing orientation, training, and mentorship to employees. Developing programs aligned with Classic LifeCares culture and Accreditation Canadas home support standards. Influencing and actively participating in home care delivery systems. Collaborating on assessments and implementing person-centered care plans. **The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:** **Current LPN/RN registration with the CLPNA/CRNA.** Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Tuberculosis screening result. Criminal record check/police information check with a vulnerable sector clearance. Possession of a valid drivers licence with reliable transportation within the Calgary. Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients family members, and relevant organizations to ensure clients best interests and goals are met. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Capability to manage a client case load, including scheduling visits and promptly responding to emails and phone calls. A people and community-focused mindset, prioritizing client-centered care and community collaboration. Willingness to contribute to the development of services based on unique strengths and interests, promoting continuous improvement in care delivery. Availability for flexible scheduling, with specific days and times to be discussed during the interview process.
