Reporting to the HR Manager, the People & Culture Advisor will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle from onboarding to development while supporting HR operations that help our people and culture thrive.What Youll DoDrive culture and engagement strategies that inspire connection to our mission, vision, and values shaping a workplace where employees thrive.Lead innovative engagement initiatives from company-wide action plans to creative, values-driven activities and social events that energize our teams.Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one.Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening, and candidate communications.Partner with the HR Manager on strategic priorities and impactful projects that enhance employee experiences and strengthen organizational performance.Drive culture and engagement strategies that inspire connection to our mission, vision, and values creating a workplace where employees flourish.Collaborate with Marketing, and business teams to strengthen our employer brand, enhance recognition programs, and deliver communications that attract top talent.Craft impactful internal communications across various platforms to engage employees, promote our culture, and support key HR and organizational initiatives.Leverage HR data analytics to identify trends, measure success, and inform decisions that elevate the employee experience.Assist with HR projects and provide full-cycle HR support that contributes to a seamless and positive employee experience. May be required to perform other related duties from time to time.What You BringBachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certification (CPHR/SPHR) is an asset.5-7 years experience in HR, with a focus on employee experience, onboarding, or training and development.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.Creative thinker with a passion for people, culture, and engagement.Resilient, creative, and passionate about building workplaces where people thrive.Confident using HRIS and MS Office tools; comfortable analyzing data to inform decisions.A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Youll Love It HereThis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the employee journey while supporting key HR functions that drive organizational success.
