What Youll Do Lead & Inspire: Direct and mentor a seasoned team of sales professionals across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, driving performance, accountability, and customer success. Strategize & Execute: Design and implement territory-wide strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, with oversight of a region generating $50M+ in annual business. Expand & Elevate: Identify new market opportunities, cultivate key accounts, and expand the organizations reach across diverse sectors including water, industrial, and energy. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with evolving market demands and client priorities. Own the Numbers: Manage forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline performance while using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows, strengthening visibility and brand leadership. What You Bring 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally managing teams across multiple provinces and large territories. Proven experience leading sales efforts in an industrial, infrastructure, or engineered solutions environment. Demonstrated success overseeing revenue generation in the range of $50M+ and scaling results in competitive markets. Exceptional leadership skillsable to motivate remote and diverse teams, with a coaching mindset and strong sense of accountability. Strategic acumen with the ability to turn insights into action, and a relentless drive for results. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
