Call Schedule Description: Paid per the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program: Program Details The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a team-oriented psychiatrist to provide generalized psychiatry services in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, and surrounding areas. The position offers opportunities to work across broad areas of psychiatry, from children and adolescents to the senior population. The psychiatrist will be part of a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, psychologists, and addiction counselors. Leadership within the team and collaboration with external bodies are expected. Responsibilities include providing outpatient clinics, inpatient services, emergency coverage on a rotational basis, and traveling to satellite clinics at least once a week. The role involves integrated mental health and addiction services, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient care.
