Role Description We are seeking a hands-on, client-facing Consultative Solution Architect based in or willing to relocate to Toronto, CA . This role requires deep technical expertise and business acumen to lead cloud-integration programs from discovery to delivery . The ideal candidate thrives in complex enterprise environments, with strong knowledge of AWS architecture and experience integrating Oracle SaaS applications such as NetSuite , Oracle ERP or HCM integration , and Simphony . Key Responsibilities Client Discovery & Advisory: Lead client workshops to understand business goals and define technology roadmaps; Translate requirements into reference architectures and phased rollout plans; Create ROI/TCO models and present strategic solution proposals. Solution & Integration Architecture: Design scalable, secure integration patterns using REST, GraphQL, event-driven and streaming models; Integrate Oracle SaaS apps with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, Redshift); Architect solutions across third-party and hybrid environments. Governance & Best Practices: Establish architectural guardrails for security, compliance (SOC2, PCI, GDPR), resilience, and cost optimization; Contribute to internal knowledge base with templates, frameworks, and standards. Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide implementation teams, perform architecture reviews and proof-of-concepts (PoCs); Coach and mentor junior architects, enhancing overall solution architecture practice. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in multi-tier enterprise solution design and delivery & 5+ years in a Solution/ Enterprise Architect role, including practice development. Expertise in Oracle SaaS integration , including NetSuite (SuiteTalk, SuiteScript), Fusion ERP/HCM (SOA/OIC), Simphony POS APIs Strong grasp ofOracle ERP or HCM integration data domains and best practices. Preferred / Nice-to-Have AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional. Experience with: Micro-frontends and serverless event-driven architectures; Data mesh principles; DevSecOps and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins); POS/hospitality systems such as Opera Cloud or Micros 3700.
