We specialize in group tutoring, delivering high quality, engaging sessions that match students with tutors based on learning style and personality. Our mission goes beyond tutoring: were building a learning community that empowers both students and tutors to grow together.Role Overview:We are looking to onboard experienced tutors who are confident leading group sessions and can bring energy, clarity, and structure to every class. The ideal candidate is someone who is already tutoring independently and is looking to join a supportive team to expand their impact and reach more students.Responsibilities:Lead virtual group tutoring sessions (4 students per group)Teach high school mathCreate a positive and interactive learning environmentReport student progress and attendanceAttend occasional team meetings and contribute ideas to improve our learning experienceRequirements:Must currently be tutoring or have tutored within the last 3 months (Must have testimonial proof)At least 1 year of tutoring experience (formal or informal)Confident in teaching math for Grades 912Strong communication and time management skillsComfortable facilitating small group sessionsCompensation:$35/hour for group sessions (opportunities available to stack sessions and increase weekly earnings)Flexible scheduling based on your availabilityPotential for additional responsibilities and leadership roles as we growWhat We Offer:We match you with students based on your teaching styleAdmin support: we handle the logistics, scheduling, paymentA growing community of passionate tutors and studentsOpportunities to be involved in local community events and initiatives
