Identifies and collects data sources, analyzes and extracts key data and information, evaluates and monitors data quality to meet the organization''s information system needs and requirements. This role involves hands-on development, assisting in PowerBI and Industrial quality KPI model management, and stakeholder interaction. The ideal candidate will have a good handle on robust data and business Intelligence processes and standards, good feel for user flow and telling data stories, supplement the teams analytical development capabilities, and have good growth potential to become a data analytics and business intelligence expert within the group. What will you do? Assists and participates in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data. Analyzes and extracts key data and information to meet the organization''s information system needs and requirements. Provide support for high quality business intelligence tooling, including PowerBI and Python related tooling and assist in developing data Reporting infrastructure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and assist in execution. Help implement data processes and standards as directed by senior team members. Provide analytical support to team members and projects. Participate in exploring new tools and technologies under guidance to support team initiatives. What do you need to succeed? Must Have Must have experience as a Leas Data Analyst, preferably within the financial services sector. Expertise in data management, server management, model building. Hands on experience with technologies relating to relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle), big data, SSIS, C# and other programming languages. Proven track record of working with business users to deliver technological solutions. Experience in an environment which values iterative problem solving and solutioning while adopting new tools Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Nice to Have Technological certifications, in particular those highlighting relational databases or data engineering Data architecture, server management, data modeling, SQL, C#, SSIS, and experience with other large-scale data platforms.
