Were seeking a driven and experienced Site Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of 46 storey multifamily apartment projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring that construction progresses safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.What Youll Do:Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues.Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and quality.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on site.What You Bring:3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in mid-rise (46 storey) multifamily construction.Background with a production home builder is strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple trades effectively.Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling software is an asset.
