About The Team Youll be joining a high-impact team at the heart of Zooms commerce platform strategy, shaping the experiences that power our global commercial partner ecosystem. From partner portals and APIs to onboarding and dashboards, we create the tools that help partners scale with us. Responsibilities Own the strategy and roadmap for partner-facing tools such as onboarding portals, dashboards, and integration workflows Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and external partners to deliver impactful experiences across the partner lifecycle Develop APIs, SDKs, self-service tools, documentation, and UI / UX components that partners use to integrate and operate with Zoom Improve partner experience through research, analytics, usability testing, and feedback loops Advocate for partner needs internally and represent their voice in product planning and prioritization Define and monitor KPIs to measure successsuch as time-to-launch, NPS, partner retention, and error reduction Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and feature specs Drive product delivery in an Agile / Scrum environment with cross-functional teams Ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-quality experience across all partner touch points (web, API, documentation, etc.) What Were Looking For Have 8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platform, developer, or B2B user experiences Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading complex, technical product initiatives Bring familiarity with API design, integration workflows, or external developer platforms Apply understanding of UX principles, especially in cross-functional or partner-driven workflows Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate across engineering, design, support, and go-to-market teams Operate comfortably in ambiguous environments and make data-informed decisions Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, or similar to manage and deliver work Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Maximum In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
