Position Overview : As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, serving as a technical expert and advisor to our sales teams and potential clients. Your expertise in software solutions and consulting will enable us to understand client needs effectively and propose customized solutions that drive value and success. Key Responsibilities : Manage and execute inbound and outbound sales calls to contribute to sales targets. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute social media and drip marketing campaigns. Conduct demonstrations of iManage and MacroAgility Software to showcase product capabilities. Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle. Perform needs analyses with prospective clients to identify challenges and demonstrate solutions. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and responses to RFPs and RFIs. Maintain open communication with clients and partners, supporting client interactions. Conduct technical assessments to understand client requirements. Serve as a link between sales and engineering teams, translating customer needs into technical specifications. Represent the company at conferences, shows, and exhibitions to network and promote solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological innovations. Assist with technical setup and configuration on platforms like Azure AD, Okta, etc. Communicate changes in deadlines and proposals during project timelines. Support the customer journey process post-project to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications : Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a master''s is a plus. Minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales engineering role within software or tech consulting. Strong technical background in software development, architectures, and cloud technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and solution selling. Ability to work collaboratively and independently, including remotely. Willingness to travel as needed.
