THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL As Senior Product Manager Physical Health, you will lead a team of product managers and own the strategic direction, roadmap, and delivery of GreenShields physical health portfolio. This includes our Telemedicine platform, Chronic Disease Management (CDM) services, and Wellbeing solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how Canadians access and experience care, driving better health outcomes through integrated, digital-first services. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Telemedicine, CDM, and Wellbeing in alignment with GreenShields mission to deliver Better Health for All. Lead discovery and prioritization of new opportunities across B2B and B2C channels, including employer-sponsored benefits and direct-to-consumer offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Clinical Operations, Insurance, Marketing, and Technology to ensure alignment and execution. Team Management Mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and impact. Establish clear goals, rituals, and feedback loops to support team development and delivery excellence. Product Execution Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and validation to launch and iteration. Ensure products are clinically sound, commercially viable, and technically scalable. Partner with UX, Engineering, and Clinical teams to deliver seamless, user-centred experiences. Outcomes & Optimization Define and track KPIs such as engagement, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness. Use data and user feedback to continuously improve product performance and member satisfaction. WHO WE''RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years in product management Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health insurance strongly preferred. Proven success in launching and scaling digital health products. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, and user-centered design.
