Business address: 415 Queen St W., Toronto, ON M5A 2V5 Job duties: Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Assemble visual displays to promote products and promotional events Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Conduct POS sales transactions, returns and price overrides Assist and advise customers in purchasing musical instruments, as well as use and care of merchandise Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Assist and advise head office staff in developing strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
