Corporate Search Law Clerk (Assets) Were working with a distinguished law firm client known for its supportive leadership and a genuinely welcoming team culture and theyre looking to add a Law Clerk with a focus on Corporate and Asset Searches.If youve had any exposure to search work or corporate lending, this could be a great fit. The role starts with thorough training and transitions into a hybrid model (3 days in office) once youre comfortable. Salary: $55K $85K (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities Conducts and summarizes searches under the PPSA Coordinates due diligence searches to disclose registrations of security interests in personal property under the Bank Act and other relevant statutes Prepares and registers security interests under the PPSA Prepares drafts of transaction documents relating to commercial lending and secured financing transactions.
