About the Role As a Full-stack Engineer, you will build scalable web platforms. In addition to providing input on app architecture, you will create and review pull requests daily and engage with internal teams and directly with clients in an agile environment. You will work in teams with a product manager, designers, and other engineers to scope design and implement features. Responsibilities: Design and build scalable web services and applications using modern technologies Design and build highly usable web applications and experiences using modern technologies Engage daily with your distributed, remote engineering team working on different layers of the applications and infrastructure Collaborate with product designers and product managers to clarify requirements, prototype functionality and build products Plan, estimate and prioritize work in a remote, distributed team environment Guide our clients in best practices to achieve great project success Work directly with client stakeholders to share progress and collaborate on solutions About You The essentials: 10+ years of professional engineering experience Proficient in at least two of these three languages: Ruby, Python, and Go. Comfortable working in the FE with TypeScript & React Comfortable working with Kubernetes and Docker Flexibility & adaptability to different technical stacks and environments Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and empathize with others Good knowledge of design and architectural patterns and development best practices Previous experience collaborating on highly distributed teams Not a must, but a plus: Experience with Temporal #LI-TB1 #LI-Hybrid At.Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive. What We Offer Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
