The successful candidate will be an experienced nonprofit leader with : Strong financial and operational management skills A collaborative, people-focused leadership approach In-depth knowledge of employment services and community support systems Proven ability to build and manage relationships with funders and stakeholders Key responsibilities include : Leading the organizations strategic direction and day-to-day operations Overseeing staff management and program delivery Administering budgets, funding agreements, and financial planning Developing strong community partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamilton. Salary range : $80,000$90,000 annually, with a comprehensive, employer-paid benefits package after four months.
