About the RoleAt an exciting time to join the Score Group team, we are seeking a proactive Business Administrator. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation towards all related work for Score (Canada) Ltd. and Americas.This position is based at our Edmonton facility and reports directly to the General Manager. You will serve as a central point administrator for internal processing, helping to streamline communication, enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of functions, including finance, human resources, procurement, and operations, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining organizational systems, you will contribute directly to the operational efficiency and overall success of the company. Apply today and be part of a team that values excellence and innovation in every industry we serve.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and departmental leads.Coordinate and manage internal communications, scheduling, and documentation.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.Support procurement, finance, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks.Monitor and manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Contribute to process improvements and support project coordination efforts.Track and manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and invoicing processes.Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and visitors.Support health, safety, and quality assurance initiatives by maintaining documentation and assisting with audits.Prepare and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and announcements.Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and service providers as needed.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Assist in planning and executing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.Any other reasonable duties required to meet the requirements of the business.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with ERP systems or business management software is an asset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.Proficiency in business software tools including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across department.Working Conditions Work in an indoor office environment 100% of the time.Behaviours and Skills Ability to work independently, following training.
