Job Title: Lab TechnologistContract Duration: 08/25/2025 to 12/31/2025Job Summary: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technologist responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and compliance of products.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples.Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures.Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in laboratory technology, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.Additional Details: Support lab operation, safety and environmental systems; support stakeholders on projects, R&D, and operations optimization; carry out routine and non-routine lab testing and data entry for Operations, MARP, EPAP, Compliance, Regulatory, Production Accounting, Reservoir, and Sales Oil.
