Derflan is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager Strategic Integration Consultant to join our consulting team supporting a global technology client in the infrastructure and AI space. This high-impact role will lead cross-company pre-close alignment and readiness between two strategic organizations preparing for acquisition. The focus is on ensuring programmatic, operational, and governance alignment across product, GTM, and executive leadership.Languages Required: Fluent in English and French (written, verbal, and presentations)This is a Canada-based role with a strong preference for candidates located in the Quebec/Montreal area.This is a unique opportunity to operate at the frontlines of sovereign compute, edge AI, and ESG telemetry integration. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional program management discipline, fluency in both French and English, and experience working across functions in regulated, multinational environments. The role requires availability to collaborate with global stakeholders during Central European Time (CET) business hours. Occasional travel to France and Montreal may be required to support integration activities and executive workshops.Job Title: Sr. Program Manager Strategic Integration Consultant (Consultant Role)Location: Remote Quebec/Montreal, Canada preferred (must be available to collaborate during Central European Time (CET) business hours)Languages Required: Fluent in English and French (written, verbal, and presentations)Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension based on investment close and regulatory approval)Annual Base Salary: CAD $165,000 $175,000 (depending on experience)Remote Option: 100% Remote, with some travel to France and Montreal requiredWeekly Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through FridayNote: While this is a remote role, the consultant must be available to collaborate during Central European Time (CET) business hours (typically 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET). This is required to support cross-functional engagement with teams based in France and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Alignment (Pre-Close) Serve as the integration lead across the acquiring client and target companys product and operations leadership Coordinate internal client workstreams across GTM, product, pricing, governance, and communications Synthesize inputs from legal, finance, and corporate strategy to inform executive decision-makingGTM & Product Coordination Partner with the acquired companys GTM team to define segmentation, pricing models, and launch frameworks Map the clients product visionincluding sovereign inference, ESG telemetry, and ZKP-enabled computeonto the targets roadmap Facilitate joint working sessions and workshops to scope MVP and align iterative developmentCross-Organizational Synchronization Build and maintain shared workplans, delivery schedules, and reporting mechanisms Identify risks and misalignments across organizations and geographies; offer recommendations to resolve them Support governance structure planning, including steering committees and trust integration protocolsDay-to-Day Responsibilities Lead all pre-close integration activities between the client and the acquired company Prepare alignment briefs, executive summaries, and decision-support documentation Translate business, product, and technical requirements between teams in both English and French Act as a trusted liaison to senior executives (CCO, VP Sales Engineering, VP Partner GTM) and target company leadership (CEO, CPO, COO) Facilitate alignment across product, GTM, compliance, ESG, and legal stakeholdersRequired Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategic program management, integration, or corporate development Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders in both languages Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with high executive visibility Strong understanding of pre-close M&A dynamics, including cultural integration and governance setup High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence across functions without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications Experience in joint ventures, sovereign cloud, or public-private infrastructure programs Familiarity with edge computing, AI/ML inference, or ESG infrastructure Agile and MVP methodology experience Technical fluency in cloud, compliance, and data architecture concepts Experience working in highly regulated or multi-national technology environmentsWhy Join UsAs a Derflan consultant supporting strategic integration in the sovereign AI space, you will shape how groundbreaking technologies are aligned and deployed across global markets.
