Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead our project initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of product management, and the ability to analyze data effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications while ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesPerform site inspections and accurately record all related details of any necessary emergency, contents and repair workScope and sketch out new insurance claimsEnsure the preparation of accurate quotationsCreate and execute project estimates schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsManage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partnersConsistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Manage project budget/estimateEnsure timely and accurate invoicing for each projectWork with your team to follow up with outstanding receivablesQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' work experience within the Property Damage & Restoration Services industryProficent with XactAnalysis, Xactimate, Proven Job Management, Encircle, and DocusketchExperience handling insurance repair claims valued at $75,000-250,000Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is requiredValid IICRC Certifications strongly preferredExceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team membersStrong work ethic with an attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsAble to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a teamRequirementsClear criminal background check and clean drivers abstractAvailability Monday Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pmParticipation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours Emergency Restoration ServicesAttending and actively participating in ongoing training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be requiredWe offer our employees a positive work environment, competitive wages, health and dental benefits, training opportunities and annual reviews.First General is an equal opportunity employer.First General welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
