Our motivated team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.Role DescriptionLegacy DesignTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to lead our portfolio of ENMAX projects. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-time, and fully compliant utility design and construction projects that meet ENMAXs rigorous standards.We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of ENMAX procedures and requirementssomeone who can navigate their processes confidently and act as the key liaison between our team, ENMAX stakeholders, and contractors in the field.Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all ENMAX-assigned projects, ensuring alignment with ENMAX procedures and standards.Build and maintain strong working relationships with ENMAX project managers, coordinators, and inspectors.Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.Coordinate internal design teams, subcontractors, and external consultants to deliver integrated solutions.Manage and monitor project documentation, ensuring compliance with ENMAX submission protocols and approval processes.Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to ENMAX and internal leadership.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and change orders.Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices across projects.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesMinimum 510 years of experience in utility distribution project management (power and/or communications preferred).Proven experience working on ENMAX projects, with strong familiarity with ENMAX procedures, approval workflows, and construction standards.Background in civil, electrical, or utility engineering, construction management, or a related field.Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.Ability to work in Calgary, AB. Option to work from home 2 days a week.Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of industry-related experience
