You will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring budget control, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes. This role offers flexibility with options to work from the Nanaimo office, adopt a hybrid arrangement, or work remotely from Victoria. You will manage a mix of commercial, mixed-use commercial and residential, and tenant improvement (TI) projects.
