What Youll Be Doing:Lead daily clinic operations across medical dermatology, surgical procedures, and aesthetics.Manage and mentor a large, cross-functional team: nurses, admins, aestheticians, and coordinators.Ensure optimal clinic flow, scheduling efficiency, and consistent service delivery.Oversee clinic financials, inventory, KPIs, and ensure compliance across both OHIP and private-payer workflows.Act as the bridge between corporate leadership and clinic staff, while fostering a strong, collaborative, and performance-driven culture. What You Bring:35+ years in clinic management, healthcare ops, or aesthetic/dermatology leadership.Strong working knowledge of OHIP billing, medical office protocols, and private aesthetics.Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and navigate change diplomatically.Business acumen with budgeting, P&L, and KPI tracking experience.Bonus: Familiarity with Accuro EMR or similar platforms.
