Do you have a keen attention to detail? Job Purpose:We are looking for Field Specialists to join our Canadian team on a freelance basis. This role will shadow pharmaceutical representatives for the day and prepare a report based on observations made while working with the representative as they interact with their customers. The positions are contracted on a daily basis, based on the size of the project and number of field days required. The position would be suitable for someone looking for part-time freelance and project-based work.Role Responsibilities:Contacting sales representatives to arrange a shadowing day in the fieldObserving interactions between sales representatives and customers without disrupting their day (primarily face to face)Conducting a 6090-minute interview with the sales representative during the field daySubmitting structured reports (workbooks), translated into English, after each day in the field based on observations made within 24-48 hours of field visitAttending a 30-60 min online session prior to each project to understand the project objectives and share feedbackParticipate in project debrief calls and potentially provide feedback to assist in the development of final recommendationsPerson Specification:Minimum of 7 years experience in sales, marketing or market research within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industriesFluent in Italian (written & verbal) and advanced level of EnglishBachelors degree marketing, science, or data focus is preferredAvailability to work on a freelance basisWhen working on a project, have 1-3 days availability during the weekFlexibility to work from morning to eveningFlexibility to travel within the countryStrong attention to detail and excellent listenerConfident user of Microsoft ExcelOpportunity:Work with a successful and well-established company with an enviable growth trajectoryWorking with 29 out of top 30 pharmaceutical companies globallyGreat flexibility in managing the workload and opportunity to travel within the countryStructured and on-going training system and working with strong management team About STEM:STEM Healthcare is a dynamic, fast paced global pharmaceutical and life science, commercial benchmarking firm headquartered in the UK and present across six continents.
