Hays has partnered with a General Contractor company specializing in ICI construction projects based in Vaughan, ON.Job Duties:Develop and execute the project plan and schedule and ensure compliance with budget.Lead project meetings and safety meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the teams ongoing progression.Ensure project materials and quality construction meet the project Quality Standards and Design requirements.Obtain necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, municipal/provincial authorities and owners.Proactively identify and address challenges, working closely with the senior management teamManage project finances and timelines in conjunction with the Superintendent.Prepare a construction schedule, monitor and forecast the schedule and costs throughout the project.Meet with stakeholders in a professional manner.Monitor project risks and promptly escalate issues to the senior management for quick executionQualifications:Holds a Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related fieldMust have at least 58 years of experience in project management within the ICI construction industryStrong interpersonal skills and collaboration with stakeholdersProficient in software, including Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.If you're a results-oriented leader and interested in the role, Apply directly to the posting or share your updated CV with the project list at -
