The ideal candidate will bring deep Agile expertise, hands-on Scrum leadership, and experience working in complex, regulated environments such as banking or financial services.Key Responsibilities:Serve as Scrum Master for 23 cross-functional teams delivering digital banking or core banking initiatives.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-value features.Drive Agile best practices and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Program Managers, and other Scrum Masters across the portfolio.Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, team health) and use data to inform improvements.Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and audit requirements typical in financial environments.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.Proven track record in the banking, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.Experience working in hybrid environments (Agile within Waterfall/PMO structures).Background in digital transformation, payments, lending, or core banking systems.Work Arrangement:Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.Candidate must be local .
