Job Description

We''re looking for someone to join our Project Management Team and help with planning & budgeting, implementation and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with Control Gaps overall strategy. As part of the Control Gap team, you will work with high-profile clients in various industries and collaborate with a team of highly skilled security consultants on challenging projects, large and small. We analyze, assess and design effective security controls to help clients achieve Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, privacy compliance and to improve enterprise-wide security. Responsibilities: Help manage day-to-day PMO tools and processes, e.g. Project & Executive Reporting, Project Plans, Risk Issues & Action Logs, Project Financials, Meeting Minutes/Action Items, Document Management, etc. Work with Project Leads to gather status updates (Milestone level and overall status). This requires weekly follow ups to make sure the correct information is being reported, and reviewing these with the Project Manager on a consistent basis Attend project status meetings, taking minutes and publishing them to all attendees Prepare project status reports for assigned projects as required Scheduling of meetings (involving status updates, conference calls, onsite client meetings, project kick-offs and project closure meetings) Track and manage all project expenses and allocated hours/budget Monitor and control projects by tracking the completion of project deliverable and escalating as appropriate Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Can create and track action logs / deliverable''s Proficient with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Has supported multiple PMs simultaneously Ability to handle challenges and project work loads Can manage small projects independently and is comfortable with client facing communication Positive attitude and grace under fire.
