Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager and / or Team Lead in all aspects of project management Preparation of submission materials and tracking project progress Review project constraints and prepare constraints plans Participate in grading, servicing, and stormwater strategy for preliminary and detailed design projects. Engage with Clients and provide regular project updates Coordination with internal design teams and external consultants Mentor project coordinators Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering Graduate Engineer with interest in Land Development and Project Management Minimum two (2) years experience in land development design or project coordination Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Self motivated with entrepreneurial mindset Technical knowledge of industry standards and practices What You Can Expect From Us A supportive place to work Competitive salary based on experience Dental / Medical Wellness spending account Work-from-home capabilities
