**Structural Technician** **Job Description** As a Structural Technician, you will be responsible for performing c-checks, major modifications, and structural repairs on Q400s and Challenger 850s. You will adhere to maintenance manuals and instructions to execute your duties efficiently and safely. You will work under the guidance of the structural shop manager. **Responsibilities** Perform c-checks, major modifications, and structural repairs on Q400s and Challenger 850s. Collaborate with the structural shop manager to ensure quality and safety standards are met. **Essential Skills** **5+ years of experience in structural sheet metal repair/fabrication.** Proficiency in aviation, sheet metal, structure, heavy structures, fabrication, and structural sheet metal. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday, with days from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and afternoons from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
