Senior Manager, SAP FICO Open to either Permanent Full Time OR Contract Work Location: any 'primary' location in Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary etc.) Working Model: Hybrid (1-2 days per week on site, subject to specific client requirements) Benefits: Full benefits provided Start Date: ASAP This is a high-impact, client-facing Senior Manager position within SAP practice We are looking for a Senior Manager specializing in SAP Finance/FICO who can own end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance workstreams. The successful candidate must have deep hands-on experience with FI, CO, and Asset Accounting (nice to have), and a strong track record of full lifecycle implementations from project prep through go live. This is a delivery-heavy leadership role - looking for someone who can guide clients through design, configuration, migration, and testing, while also contributing to business development efforts across ERP consulting portfolio. Core Skills: Expert in SAP FI + CO + Asset Accounting (nice to have) Must have hands-on configuration and solutioning experience in: FI (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting) CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, etc.) SAP Asset Accounting - nice to have Full Lifecycle SAP Project Implementation SAP FICO & Asset Accounting E2E implementations (greenfield) SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is HIGHLY preferred Must have personally led all key phases of SAP Finance delivery including project preparation, business blueprint creation, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live & hypercare Consulting Background with proven experience delivering SAP Finance solutions in a client-facing consulting role Sales / Business Development experience Must have supported or led pre-sales, proposals, or RFP responses Comfortable working alongside partners and sales leaders to shape solutions and close deals EXECUTIVE level communication & workstream leadership This role is a SENIOR manager - so they must have the ability to lead client conversations, manage consultants, and drive results independently Highly skilled in stakeholder & client alignment and escalation management Nice to Have: Experience in asset-intensive or regulated industries like Power & Utilities Exposure to: Cost-of-Service accounting & SAC Planning, Group Reporting, Datasphere, Analysis for Office Integration experience with: IS-U, PS, PM, MM, CS, EWM Broader understanding of financial planning, capital budgeting, and asset lifecycle management Contact Information: Lam Guan
