Renowned for our quality and proficiency in cleanroom-controlled environments, at the heart of our operations is a commitment to teamwork and safety, fostering long-lasting connections with our members.ABOUT THE ROLEOur company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with Hiring Managers and understand internal recruitment needs while attracting, vetting, developing, and retaining top talent in the facilities services and automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both corporate and on-site team initiatives across Canada and the US, while ensuring compliance with both company and legal standards.WE OFFERCompetitive base salary with internal opportunities for professional development and career growth;Full company-sponsored RRSP matching program after 1-year of continuous employment;Flexible working hours (on-site) including paid vacation time;Comprehensive and full coverage extended medical and dental benefits plan with EAP;Company recognition programs including training, mentorship, and development opportunities;Opportunities to network, engage in regional community initiatives, and industry events.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate job postings to attract top talent across different site locations for the company's Canada and US divisions;Manage and organize the internal ATS system, collaborating with hiring managers on tracking recruitment needs and progress;Report on recruitment initiatives, interview timelines, time-to-fill and pain points, providing solutions and feedback on a monthly basis;Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and interview scheduling as required with various site leaders;Collaborate and meet with site leaders on a routine basis to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled;Track and develop metrics to assess time-to-fill, hiring rates, retention rates, interview scheduling, submissions, and interview completion numbers;Present on recruitment progress and month-end findings to senior and mid-management leadership;Screen, source, and filter candidate applications, vetting talent for select positions in the corporate salary and industrial hourly side;Extend job offers and collaborate with the HR manager on offer letter drafting and extension to candidates;Support in market analysis and market research initiatives to determine competitive pay rates across various industries;Initiate skills and personality based assessments to salary talent pending interview scheduling;Support in reviewing hiring budgets and recruitment spend internally;Additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of three (3) years of high volume industrial recruitment or talent acquisition experience is required;Experience recruiting across the construction, manufacturing, or facilities services industry is preferred;A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or an equivalent Certification is required;Experience in utilizing ATS systems, preferably ADP is preferred;Experience sourcing/recruiting via Indeed and LinkedIn is strongly preferred;Experience in developing, reporting, and tracking metrics across recruitment and selection is preferred;Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills;Ability to adapt and work flexibly to achieve results among multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Knowledge of Canadian and US employment laws, regulations, and industry standards;Must be able to reliably commute to Aurora, ON (on-site) for work.TEAM Group is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment where all employees feel valued and respected, and where every employee can realize their potential.TEAM Group is an equal opportunity employer; as such, accommodation is available to applicants that may require it.
