We are seeking an innovative Clinic Director to guide our vision to the next level. Our previous director set a high bar, reinforcing our systems and implementing new programs now it''s your turn to innovate and help us reach new heights. The Clinic Director will report to the Owner/Founder, and will lead a team of 60 RMTs and admin staff towards achieving the highest level of care to our valued clients and patients. As an ambassador of Relax Massage Group, your focus will be on promoting excellence and driving growth with compassion and integrity. Terms : Full-time Permanent Salary : Commensurate with experience Location : Based out of Kanata and Nepean, with site visits Downtown Ottawa, Almonte and Perth Main Responsibilities Team Development Foster a culture of continued learning, innovation, collaboration and acceptance amongst the team. Address operational challenges to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. Implement key business decisions and initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team. Industry Knowledge Maintain a close connection to the College of Massage Therapist''s of Ontario (CMTO), the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO) and local educational institutions to proactively keep informed of current and emerging trends and new developments. Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring quality and compliance of the team. Operational Excellence Ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs and services. Recruitment, onboarding, offboarding. Overcome operational obstacles to ensure efficient program delivery. Develop, monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to achieve established goals for client experience and retention. Collaborate with and facilitate effective communication between RMTs, office staff, leadership team and clients. Strategic Planning and Execution Implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, and company values. Build relationships with staff, rally them to contribute to our goals and success. Must Haves: Minimum 3 years of experience managing, teaching, or leading a team of 20 or more. Strong transformative leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams. Ability to mentor, teach and train; simplify complex needs and issues. Strong communication skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation. Self driven, ability to work with minimal oversight. Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with JaneApp and direct billing. Demonstrated knowledge of the massage therapy industry in Ontario and the CMTO standards of practice. A reliable vehicle. Desired Qualifications A degree in a business-related field, such as marketing, advertising, communications, human resources. Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or former RMT.
