As a bilingual roadside assistance professional, you will provide support to stranded clients across North America. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate rates with multiple companies. Contact customers who requested roadside assistance with courtesy and empathy; Call providers to negotiate fair pricing for their services; Keep customers informed during the process; Maintain accurate documentation of actions and decisions. We are seeking individuals fluent in both English and French, available to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 am until 12:00 am, able to multi-task in a computerized environment, possess excellent communication skills, have high school diploma or equivalent, and possess attention to detail and genuine desire to help others.
