Role Overview As an Admissions Advisor, you will be a trusted guide for prospective students exploring life-changing education options. Youll work consultatively to understand their goals and recommend the best pathway forwardensuring each individual is supported from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities * Engage with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings * Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable programs * Provide clear, student-centred guidance through the admissions process * Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal tracking tools * Meet and exceed engagement and enrollment goals * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless student experience Qualifications * Minimum **1 year of admissions experience** in a **Private Career College** setting * **College diploma or higher** * Demonstrated success in **consultative sales** * Strong organization, motivation, and communication skills * A genuine desire to help students transform their lives through education * Integrity and professionalism in all student and team interactions Compensation & Benefits * **Base salary:** $45,000 * **Performance bonus structure:** Expected total annual compensation of $90,000$110,000 * Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student success and community improvement Work Environment This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and doing what is right for the student.
