Merik is a progressive industrial Rolling Steel door manufacturer seeking a Motivated Sales Representative for Western Canada. As a key part of our sales force, youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored product solutions, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive and thrives in a performance-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the authorized dealer base in the assigned regions * Maintain and grow relationships with existing authorized dealers * Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current authorized dealers. * Working closely with dealers in person, via telephone or electronically in a timely and courteous manner * Understand our dealers needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Achieve monthly and/or quarterly sales targets and performance metrics * Processing quotes, orders daily and other customer service tasks * Producing accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for transactions * Liaise with senior management to align area goals with overall company objectives. * Attend trade shows, networking events, and other relevant industry functions * Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities **Skills:** * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented. **Qualifications:** * Post Secondary Education (University preferred) * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (Required) * Traveling frequently * Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industrial door industry (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Profit sharing * RRSP match * Vision care * Work from home Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Industrial Door: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: Remote
